I have no experience with any of these schools, they are listed here for informational purposes only to aid you in discovering some of the places that offer Charter Schools who’s niche is Special Needs or Autism.
The areas of the most concentrated schools of this type appear to be in Ohio and Florida from what I’ve been able to determine. This is likely due to Florida and Ohio having the public school voucher system that pays to cover the cost of the school.

Arizona Autism Charter School This school houses K-8 grades. They were recently approved for High School grades and plan to add one grade each year. Located in Phoenix AZ. It has been open since 2014. Curriculum based on ABA principles.
NYC Autism Charter Schools They have two campuses located in Harlem and the Bronx. It was unclear about the grade levels they serve. The Harlem campus has been operating since 2005, with the Bronx campus being added in 2017. The schools are located within larger community-based schools to provide integration opportunities.
The Foundation School for Autism Located in San Antonio TX, this school has Pre-K and Kindergarten classes and may add the 1st grade in the future. Their focus is early intervention. They plan on transitioning their students into general education classrooms after these grades. This school has been operating since 2010, only admitting children with a diagnosis of Autism.
Lionsgate Academy Located in Minnetonka Minnesota. This school serves grades 7-12. It has been in operation since 2008. Admission to anyone is granted but the school’s focus is children with Autism. An additional sister school in Minocqua Minnesota is being pushed forward with hopes opening in 2018.
Damar Charter Academy Located in Indianapolis Indiana. It has been open since 2011 and serves grades K-12. Open enrollment to all children with a focus on children with autism.
The Emerge School Located in Baton Rouge, plans to open in 2018, starting with a Kindergarten class. They are hoping to grow to serve children ages 5-11. Enrollment is focused on children with Autism and other disabilities.
The Autism Academy of Learning Located in Toledo Ohio, founded in 2001. This is a year-round school. Ages served were unclear.
Autism Model School Also located in Toledo Ohio. Founded in 1998. They serve students from ages 5-21 and is a year-round school.
Summit Academy Multiple locations throughout Ohio. Dayton K-12, Canton K-12, Parma K-12, Akron K-12, Cinncinati K-12, Columbus K-12, Lorain K-12, Middletown K-12, Painesville K-8, Toledo K-12, Warren K-12, Xenia K-8, Youngstown K-12. This school serves children who have alternative learning styles (ADHD, Autism, and other related disorders).
Haugland Learning Center Located in Columbus/Dublin, Lancaster and Sandusky Ohio serving PreK-12th grades. This is not a Public Charter School but Ohio is a state where public vouchers can be used to pay for free tuition.

Spectrum Charter School Located in Monroeville Pennsylvania. While not focused exclusively on children with Autism, it does focus on children with Special Education Needs. It opened its doors in 2000. It is open to children Pre K- 12th grade.
Access Charter School Located in Orlando Florida. This school serves 6-12th grades.
Hope Charter School K-8th grade and Legacy Charter High School 9-12th grade are located in Ocoee Florida. They bill themselves as a full inclusion school with special emphasis on children with Autism.
SUPER Learning Center Located in Lakemore Ohio. This is a Non-Public Charter School, but public vouchers pay for tuition to cover the costs. Accepts all children but focuses on children with Autism. grades served unknown.
Princeton House Charter School Located in Orlando Flordia. Organized in 1998 and serves exclusively children with Autism PreK- 5th grades.
UCP of Central Florida Multiple locations located throughout Orange County Florida. This school has been operating since the 1950’s. Their focus is on helping children of all abilities- not exclusively autism, but with special supports for those with special needs.
Palm Beach School For Autism Founded in 1996. Serves children who have Autism and related disorders. Serves children ages 3-21. Located in Palm Beach Florida
Spero Academy Located in Minneapolis Minnesota. They serve K-6th grades. While they specialize in Autism all children are welcome.
Tapestry Charter Located in Atlanta Georgia. All children are welcome to attend but they specialize in children with autism. Currently, it is serving grades 6-11 and plans to add 12th grade next year.
Spectrum Academy Two locations in Utah. North Salt Lake K-12 and Pleasant Grove K-11. Operating since 2006. Focuses on children with autism but includes those with different learning abilities as well as typically functioning children.
